The Event Roamer®
Purchase Terms
Effective January 2024
The Event Roamer® is a limited-production professional instrument manufactured by Your Image Squad (“Seller”). Each unit is discussed directly with Buyer prior to invoicing to ensure suitability and informed purchase.
By remitting payment on an issued invoice, Buyer agrees to the following:
1. Order Finality
All units are produced in limited quantity and invoiced only after direct consultation with Buyer.
Upon payment of an issued invoice, the order is confirmed and final.
Orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable once payment is received.
2. Inspection & Defect Notification
Buyer has seven (7) calendar days from confirmed delivery to inspect the product for manufacturing defects.
If a defect is discovered, Buyer must notify Seller in writing within the inspection period, describing the issue in reasonable detail.
Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect, Seller will, at its discretion:
Repair the unit,
Provide replacement components, or
Replace the unit.
For customers within the continental United States, Seller will cover reasonable shipping costs related to confirmed manufacturing defects. International customers remain responsible for duties, taxes, and cross-border shipping costs.
No returns are accepted.
3. Limited Warranty
The Event Roamer® is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
This warranty does not cover:
Misuse or improper operation
Unauthorized modification
Accidental damage
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by third-party equipment
Except as expressly stated herein, the product is provided without additional warranties, express or implied.
Seller’s sole obligation and Buyer’s exclusive remedy shall be repair, replacement, or parts support as determined by Seller.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business damages, including loss of revenue, event disruption, or reputational harm.
Seller’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
5. Assumption of Operational Responsibility
The Event Roamer® is professional event equipment. Buyer assumes full responsibility for safe setup, transport, mounting of third-party equipment, supervision during use, and compliance with all applicable venue and safety requirements.
6. Intellectual Property & Design Protection
The Event Roamer® incorporates proprietary design elements, structural configurations, trade secrets, and original engineering developed exclusively by Seller.
Purchase conveys ownership of the physical unit only. No intellectual property rights, manufacturing rights, design rights, or licensing rights are granted or implied.
Buyer agrees not to reverse engineer, disassemble for duplication, reproduce, manufacture, commission, or commercially exploit any product substantially similar in design, structure, or function to The Event Roamer® without Seller’s prior written consent.
7. Trademark
The Event Roamer® name and associated branding are registered trademarks of Seller. Ownership of a unit does not grant manufacturing rights, partnership status, or brand affiliation beyond product ownership.
8. International Sales
International buyers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, VAT, and compliance with local regulations. Seller is not responsible for customs delays.
9. Force Majeure
Seller shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, governmental actions, labor disputes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within New York.
Privacy Policy

Your Image Squad respects the privacy of its customers and visitors.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with the purchase and support of The Event Roamer®.
1. Information Collected
We collect only information necessary to:
Process invoices and payments
Ship products
Provide customer support
Maintain internal business records
Information may include:
Name
Business name
Mailing address
Email address
Phone number
Payment information (processed securely through third-party payment providers)
We do not store full credit card numbers.
2. Use of Information
Personal information is used solely for:
Order fulfillment
Product support
Communication regarding updates or service
Internal administrative purposes
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
3. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Third-Party Services
Payment processing and shipping services may involve third-party providers. These providers are responsible for safeguarding information under their own privacy policies.
5. Your Rights
Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us directly.
6. Updates
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy as necessary. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date.
